At Headstart, our team is at the heart of everything we do.

We are proud to have a dedicated team of experienced, caring and passionate practitioners who create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, confident and ready to learn.

Our practitioners bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in early years care and education. Many of our team hold recognised early years qualifications, while others are working towards completing their qualifications. We also believe strongly in continuous professional development, ensuring our team keep their knowledge and skills up to date in areas such as safeguarding, paediatric first aid, child development and early years practice.

Our key person approach means that your child has a familiar member of staff who knows them well and works closely with you to understand their individual needs, interests and development.
